Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping 

We provide free freight shipping with in-home delivery to all of US mainland locations, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for the Greater Los Angeles Area at a slightly discounted rate. Items listed as pre-order will be available to pick up once we notify you via email.

International Shipping

For our design, we currently do not yet offer international shipping, but we are working on it.

For sourced items, we ship worldwide. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bezierhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Furniture items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery in continental United States.

Sourced and curated items take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

Returns

We are currently not accepting returns from customers outside of Los Angeles. Customers within the Los Angeles area may return their items within 14 days of delivery to our storage facility in DTLA by appointment only. Return transportation must be arranged by customers.
