Returns and Refunds

For our custom designed items, we do not accept returns from customers outside of Los Angeles unless the customer is willing to cover return shipping. We ship to continental US customers. Refunds can only be requested if the shipment is damaged upon arrival with verified photo submitted by the delivery service personnel and the customer present in the same photo.

For sourced and curated items, return can be accepted at our storage facility in Los Angeles by appointment. Customer is responsible for arranging transportation.

We are currently not accepting returns from customers outside of Los Angeles. Customers within the Los Angeles area may return their items within 14 days of delivery to our storage facility in DTLA by appointment only. Return transportation must be arranged by customers.
