  • Where do you manufacture your furniture?

    We are currently manufacturing our furniture in and China working with manufacturers that deliver premium craftsmanship using safe and high-quality materials. 

  • How long should I expect to wait for my furniture?

    For our designs:

    Once your order has been processed, you should receive your furniture via freight delivery within 1-2 weeks depending on your geographical location in the United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or internationally yet, but we are working on it. 

    For our curated items:

    Once you placed your order, it will take around 4 weeks to receive your order from our manufacturer. Our sourced items can be shipped worldwide. 

  • How do I track my order?

    We will provide a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking status to appear.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

  • What if my shipment is damaged in transit or never received?

  • What if I have trouble with assembly?

    Our furniture is designed to require very low levels of assembly. We also provide manuals to help you with the assembly, if any. If you are still having trouble, please take photos of your furniture, highlight problem areas and send it to We will get back to you with suggestions within 1-3 business days.

  • Where do you ship to?

    Our design will be available to ship to continental United States, excluding Alaska or Hawaii. 

    Our curated items can be shipped internationally.

We are currently not accepting returns from customers outside of Los Angeles. Customers within the Los Angeles area may return their items within 14 days of delivery to our storage facility in DTLA by appointment only. Return transportation must be arranged by customers.
